steam and multiplayer

Good afternoon,

I bought the game through steam and I cant find a way to connect to a multiplayer game. I do not have a serial number and cannot find one in the steam files. When I try to register a new account it doesnt work either as I get a message transmission failed or something similar.
Any idea what I should be doing?

Try "Support", Matrix games, that should do it.

First time when you connect you need to create Slitherine account, if you don't have any. For STEAM users no SN is required as it will be generated on first connection.
