I would like to share my finds about floating drydocks in pacific area.
The ARD in the following list are not in game and can be added by modders :

Japan side :
Location Kobe :
Floating Dock No1 (7,000 t)
Floating Dock No2 (12,000 t)

Location Tsushima island :
2,000 t Government floating dock
Location : Hakodate
Floating Dock No4 (2,000 t)

Allied side:
18,000t ARD (Jubilee dock) at Wellington (NZ)
