New Faster Video Card and Graphics Look Worse

I haven't played Scourge of War Gettysburg in a while but I just installed a new faster video card, specifically, a GEForce 4 GIG GTX 960.
My old video card was a 1 GIG Radeon HD 6870. I have uniforms set at "Best" quality. The graphics are no where near as sharp as it was
with my old slower video card. Comments please. I was thinking of getting Waterloo but if it looks like Gettysburg looks now I won't
be buying it. Thanks.
