German tank replacements

Similar to the German aircraft replacement question, what percentage of German tank replacements go to the Western Front? I'm estimating German tank production at about 200 tanks and armored cars a turn.

For tanks 40% come to the West. (60% for aircraft)

Which raises the question: given normal combat losses once fighting begins in earnest in mid-'44, will German tank production keep pace with losses? Sometimes the Allied player feels like the Germans never run out of anything in this game, bombing or not.

And will bombing German tank factories really affect the number of AFVs the Germans can field in combat?
