Looking for IJN/IJA opponent

I've been away a long time (got sucked into Eve Online) and am just now getting back to WITP-AE. I'd like to start up a stock PBEM, either Scen 1 or 2, with standard house rules (no Strat bombing in China, sweep altitudes, etc.) I'm flexible re: house rules, so let's discuss. I can average a turn per day - more on weekends and when the wife isn't home.
