bad serial number

waiting for support to get back to me bought command from amazon.
serial does not work have triple checked it and entered it all kinds of ways
numbers all together, dash's in between 4 number groups, spaces between 4 number groups in serial
always says invalid serial number
hp laptop running win 8.1

4 megs ram plenty of disc space 500 gigs free[&o]

Sorry to hear that.....must be a firewall or something. These guys should be able to help you out...amazon - not so much. Contact Matrix Support.
