Password not working in PBEM game

I tried to open the Japanese turn in game 18 (ATG GD1938 mod) and was told WRONG PASSWORD??? I tried several times, and even got it again from the folder, but I cannot open it and play my turn. I have used the same password since the start and have it written down in a notebook. What happens now?

Be sure the correct turn was passed to you: filename can be correct but turn can be wrong. I've seen it happen before.
