[FIXED DB v436] Is the Griffin missile properly configured

I have never been able to make this missile fire. I am playing a scenario in which my PC ships are in range of their Griffin missiles against Iran ships.
But when I use the manual fire to test if they would fire I get various error messages, including one in which I am out of their engagement window because I am closer than 5nm. But the missile's range is only 3nm.
Also, when I look up the missile in the DB, its launch altitudes read like its an aircraft launched missile, not a ship launched missile. I attach copy of scenario file.
