HI

My Hard Drive Crashed so I Installed a New One

After Installing and Uploading my Operating System, I downloaded the Latest Version of World in Flames

When I tried to Start the Game I received a message that I was Missing Madexcept.bbl

Can anyone help me with this

Probably you need to reinstall from the original disk and then update to the latest version. If you just did the digital download - instead of the disk - then you need to start with the original download.

I have no other advice than what Paul provided. The MadExcept file is just one of many that probably is not part of a 'partial' download.
