download and installing

I originally bought the game through digital river I think but I do not remember my order# or credit card I used. How can I redownload my game?
I have the serial code still can anyone help me?

What I did was log into the Support page and send a ticket. Then they sent me a download link.

They still cannot find my order!!! I even gave them part of my serial number and they still cant find it!
I know a few of you guys know me here because I played with you before.

Digital River is so hard to work with if you do not have your order number or credit cards you originally used. I just hope they can find my order so I can
redownload the main game.
