[ALREADY IMPLEMENTED] set fuel quantity

Hello,

i saw there is an option set fuel quantity in the editor, but this option is greyed.

i am not sure if it is a bug or not or perhaps the option is for a future relase, or
there is a particular case to use it (i try it on a ship)

If I remember correctly it only works for airborne aircraft at the moment [:D]
