Looking for a Soviet Opponent PBEM Game

Level.... good question have only played against the AI (several times) feel ready to play my first vs Human game.

Have read Pelton's AAR to dead as he seems to be the leader of the German pack ! Hopefully this will aid me or
maybe not ! as reading and practise are two separate things !

I have the latest beta Patch 1.08.03

Full Blizzard effects.
No special Soviet bonus.

Other than that anything goes.
