[FIXED B708] Mast Height on radars

I'd like to know if the mast height of radar-facilities does influence a units ability to look over obstacles and such. I got a case where I placed an aerostat in a valley which is surrounded by mountains that not exceeded the aerostat's mast height (mooring line). The DB's general data lists the height as 3000-4500m, depending on aerostat. At least in the case of those airships, the mast height should roughly be the same height at which the sensors field of vision is employed. Not sure if this has been modeled yet... If not, are there plans to work on this later on?
