Roll Call

Post by btd64 »

All of the talk about "Guests" and "Sold Units" got me thinking. How many people play WITPAE? SO, everyone is allowed ONE post in this thread. That way we can all see how many "ACTIVE PLAYERS WE HAVE". Obviously i'm first[:D]....GP

You can, of course EDIT your one post.

I do play and always will.

Occasionally take a break to play something else, but AE, the mods and this forum always pull me back.

Yo! Present and accounted for Sir! Aye, aye, three bags full Sir! [:D]

I play against the AI as either side , in PBEM's as either side , and GC's as AFB. I'm working toward someday playing as a JFB. [:D]

guys that is easy to calculate just look how many beta patches are downloaded, number was always around ~250 per version so there is maybe 300 active player of this game in whole world...
belong to that small group in 7.000.000.0000 people is almost scary...

Hi My name is Skyros and I play War in the Pacific Admirals edition.

For years I played board games of all kinds, different wars different time frames. So I saw Pacific War, a nice computer game. How could it hurt, weekly turns lots of fun. Then there was War in the Pacific, daily turns lots of detail. I tried War Plan Orange but it just did not provide the thrill. Then Admirals Edition, more detail more granularity. No time for other games, or people or an outside life. Did I tell you it started with PacWar, who new it was a gateway to something much larger and insidious.

I last played in September when my opponent disappeared. I started up again, waiting on the first turn as allies. He has had two days whats taking so long. Must get the turn soon

Hi my name is Skyros and I play WITPAE.[X(]

Yes, count me in.

I am also still playing an ongoing PBEM from original WITP too.

Been at this habit for a good seven years; it hurts so good.
