Would love to see a picture of what that looks like today as comparison, probably all built up if close to the City.

Nice pic!

I gather there were small seaplane bases all over the map, built pre-war.

In the game, attacks against a base will rarely trouble seaplane capability. But if this pic is any evidence, an attack by a relatively small # of bombers could completely ruin the base, as well as all the aircraft present.

That link is interesting ... the modern Korangi.

I see two Mig-17's (J-7's?) and a Mirage-III (?) parked on the tarmac, and there is no airstrip present.

As Feltan pointed out, planes and no runway. Considering the Indian (Pakistani) military uses a LOT of Soviet stuff I was thinking Forgers, but apparently that was only used by the Soviet/Russian Navy and is long retired.

Odd to say the least.

No strike through available???

No Pakistani aircraft carriers either. And I KNOW that Karachi is in Pakistan, I've been there via enlisted berthing back in 1981. Diego Garcia too.

No runway but according to the map it looks like the Pakistani AIR FORCE has a yacht club. [:D]
