strange Gds formation

Current PBEM game, just had 2 divisions promote to Gds but only with 1 victory. They won their first battle last turn (and will die very soon as Leningrad is now isolated):







No 1 Gds Division has been formed.

If you are playing with Combat mod: NONE and Mild Winter options, the total die mod in '41 is 2+3+3=8. Add the one victory, no recorded losses and it's possible.
