ETO Redone

I am working on a major redo of ETO..I need some play testers to find errors in my programming...this is not a finished game
as I still have much work to do to balance the game as well as put in a more dynamic season representative landscapes.
I have no experience making landscapes and I need some help here.
I have almost finished the extensive application of manpower factors taking into consideration control of a country,
countries joining the war either thru voluntary or declarations of war or even coups, loss of capitals, population changes and many other
things.
