Standard or Collectors

I am sure this has been asked before, so please bear with me. I searched a bit but didn't find the answer.

What is the price difference between the Standard and Collector's edition and is it just shipping?

I would assume the latter is with a high quality hardcover manual while the first has it as PDF.

No,the PDF comes with the download version

The standard version says it has a black and white manual and the collectors says it comes with a color one.

The only thing is there is only one price listed in the store.

I don't know, but there is only one printed manual that I know of and it's color. I only see a download edition and a boxed edition (which comes with the hardbound 300 page color manual).
