HS_WGS The Pied Piper+

I delete one Soviet tank battalion and change others. The first battalion in regiment and first company in each battalions are well trained and well equipped as usual. Soviet infantry use RPG-7 instead of PRG-18. Scenario length was decreased for 4 hours. It must be the quick battle, not the long campaign
