Contr Bn deployment bug

Construction units (possibly all engineer units) deployed on map from Armies are being reattached to a higher HQ. In the save attached the 157 and 158 Contr Bn attached to the 2nd Shock Army/Western Front were deployed next turn. Hopefully if you run the turn you should them deployed on map but now attached directly to the Western Front. All my HQ are locked.
