I believe

Req, 10 is the requested amount for the turn. (95) maximum number to be requested over time (for the current replacement%)

In, the amount of units received during current turn.

Ret, number of units sent back up the chain of command (if there's too many)

D-ret, no idea...

Iirc D stands for destroyed while returning to Chain of Command. Something like numebr of units damaged definitely lost. But Vic or someone else will have to confirm/deny.

Thanks. So I always see 0 in. Either there are no planes available period or ...?

Always 0 for the same unit or all the sturmovik units?
