Japanese Opponent needed

My experience in PBEM games is purely on the japanese side, not a fan boy, but I always ended playing the japanese somehow.

So I am looking for a Japanese opponent,

Scen 1 stock game with Beta patch.

Settings and HRs are negotiable, but should mainly be the usual ones (paying pps, no 4E on low naval etc.)

I would like to give PDU off a try, but this is not a must.
