New moves, new turn. This is the situation right now. My carriers are just off the right edge lower down. I'm casting about looking
for something to DO. I hesitate to sail into the face of Nells and Bettys and the idea of losing ANOTHER CV is painting my thought
process. I could sail around the south of Australia to head over to India and those environs but that would leave the Pacific naked
to Jap aggression. And I hate to split up the carriers right now because I'm so outnumbered in CV's. What to do. What to do.

I've got two damaged BB's parked at Pearl that are being healed from the Pearl Strike. They aren't even close to being ready anytime
soon so ........ If this were WITP-AE I would move them to the west coast to heal. Somewhere like Seattle. In this game I just need
them at a well supplied port with lots of air cover. I wouldn't put it past Thomas to try to take Midway just so he could bomb Pearl
with his Nell's.

I moved a partisan next to Cam Rahn Bay and found a bunch of Jap ships in the port. Too bad I don't have any anti-ship planes
handy. The fighter cover is too heavy for any strikes anyway. There's nothing to do about it except keep my eye on them.

New moves from Tom, new turn. Burma in T17. The Japs are getting awfully close to the Burma Road. Cutting that road
and the Ledo road will render most of China without supply. D'oh. I may have to consider moving some American units to
India, if I can get them there somehow.

One more attack by the Japs will finish off Java I think. This Allied unit deserves a medal for lasting this long.

Here's the face of Burma now. The entire river line is occupied and contested. Thomas tells me his Burma advance has
slowed to a snails pace. I'm hoping to be able to stop it entirely.

I just got some moves from Tom and I watched the replay and so on.....now I'm moving my units and I've come upon a NZ fighter
unit ( at the Allied aircraft rest camp I established in India ) that is severely low in the number of planes it has left. I looked at the
inventory display and saw where we aren't making any F2A planes any more and so it's unlikely that that squadron is ever going
to see any new planes so I need to assign that fighter squadron to other duties or to a quiet area for the duration. If this was
WITP-AE I would withdraw the squadron or disband it so the goodies could go back to the pools. Can't do that here so I'll just
park it somewhere or make it do sea interception somewhere.

I'm doing some graphical aids to help me decide whether or not to use this proposed route to get units from OZ to India. I'm guessing
it's about 100 MP's from Broome to Colombo and even if it takes two turns it's still doable I think. The main problem would be the Jap
aircraft on Java being able to pick off my floaters. I'll have to escort the floaters with DD's at the very least. Or at least a ship that
has some AAA equipment. I'm thinking it's time to try to get some American units into India. And somebody has to try it.

As it happens the very next American Inf unit ready to sail volunteered to go to Madras. So they loaded up in the transports and
set sail. They are west of Perth and I expect them to land okie dokie next turn. We'll see. Note to Thomas: lemme know if you can
see these guys will you? Enquiring minds want to know.

Major trouble: The Japs got one of their paratrooper units behind my lines through a very bad combat result when I tried an RBC
using the Marine unit just now. So I guess I'll have to dispatch somebody to chase them down and corner them somewhere.

I've got some CommonWealth ships near Ceylon and I was moving them around making up two TF's and distributing the ships
among them and I moved this one ship to the hex where the carrier was and I got intercepted and lost a CV and some planes.
D'oh.

New moves from Tom, new turn. Thomas was successful in cutting the Burma Road and now the only source of supply for China
is the Ledo Road and as you can see the supply level has already dropped off to almost nothing. I may have to start a general
pull-back or something. At the very least I can see pulling out of Rangoon and moving all those units to Ledo.

New moves from Tom, new turn. This is what Burma looks like now. I'm scrambling to find troops to send to Ledo to stop the
hemorage of Jap troops going north. Tom tells me via an email that the front lines in China seem stalemated. So it seems like
it's up to the Allies to start their offensive. I'm leaning toward taking Tarawa if that's possible. I'll explore the options.

I was going to move the CommonWealth ships from the west side of India to Perth along the far west side of the map and as I was
moving I got intercepted and lost another CV and the planes it carried. D'oh. I had no idea that Betty's and Nell's could reach that
far. And I was planning on using that carrier too.

Here's how the air war is going right now. There's been an extraordinary amount of Jap INT going on when I move something. I'm
guessing that my fighters are jumping all the Jap INT missions and that's why there's so many shoot downs. I'm guessing.

New moves from Tom, new turn. Here's the front lines currently. The Burma road is blocked by the Japs and I have little hope of
unclogging it anytime soon. Tom is moving some more troops to the front in China so maybe the front lines will start moving again.
I've got to get some more American troops into the theater to save China.

Here's a close-up of the Burma area. Some of my troops are surrounded and trapped. The Japs are still pushing north. I'm
hoping to find enough troops to stop them sometime soon.

While the land battle is raging I'm eyeballing a couple of islands in the south Pacific to invade. I'm looking at Tarawa and
Guadacanal. I've got a Marine division all picked out for Guadacanal. I guess I ought to use it first on Tarawa though.

I was moving a Commonwealth TF from Ceylon to Perth and I got intercepted but this time I shot down a boat-load of planes and
didn't suffer a scratch on the paint.
