How many clicks does it take to get to the end of a grand campaign game?

Post by pnzrgnral »

I was thinking of an old TV commercial the other day - "How many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Roll Pop?" - and it left me wondering if anyone had done the math on clicks. Of course, depending on the level of detail one wishes to spend micro-managing, and whether the player is Allied vs Japan...but then I find myself thinking of such inane things at times.

I have wired mice, but they are high end, $50 mice. One of them that was only 1-2 years old died last year. Coincidence?

I think, despite all the craze around wireless keyboards and mice, its best to stick to wired. No battery life problems is the main reason, plus more reactive than using something that is not hardwired to your PC?

Convenience would be a factor in choosing wireless over wired though - but not for me. I like the stability - and don't go cheap when you are buying either. It just doesn't last that long.

I've been thinking - this is a REALLY old commercial. I remember it as black and white in the 1960's.

Doesn't sound like you are enjoying the game, the more clicks there is the better.

I'm still discovering that the Beverly Hillbillies, Hogan's Hero's, Superman, etc. Were in color.[X(]

I too go wired into my laptop. My current mouse is 14 years old, and yes I too click a bunch.
