Can't Transfer Support unit

Keeps telling me I can't transfer this unit as it was involved in an HQ build up. It hasn't.

It's not the only one either, the BM How Rgt attached to the Southern Front is the same.

Known bug and fixed in 1.08.02. Basically the flag is never cleared, so one build up blocks transfer forever (until new version comes).
