[LIKELY FIXED v1.07] Helo on RTB full of fuel

Today I noticed that three of my helos are on RTB displaying the message "Priority landing, critically low on fuel", when they are full of fuel and the ships are some 10 miles away.

Ouch, meanwhile the helos are landed. The next time I'll have the same problem I'll do it for sure.
