I'll be honest... not to be niche or anything, but a patch with the fixes you've got would be the most amazing Christmas present since Lego Black Seas Barracuda

I've updated the first post with our progress. We've completed all of the items on our original patch list!

However, I've added 3 more items to the list that we'll work on while we discuss next steps with Matrix (this is a pretty busy hectic time for Matrix).

Thanks!

Blame me for the last 3. I don’t want my tank crews polished up their APCR rounds only to use them on targets that some old APHE would do as well.[:D]

Actually, it's a good thing Mobius pressed the issue. We found in the code that there is already logic that in effect reduces the ROF for 'poor' quality shots. And there was intended to routines that would stop the TacAI from firing 'poor' quality shots if it was getting low on ammo. The reduced ROF routines were working, but we found that the routines that kept TacAI from firing units that were low on Ammo from firing at 'poor' quality targets wasn't working as intended. So we're going to fix that. (and maybe add a tweak or two).

Thanks Mobius!

LOL - the hero of Canton mixed up?

Actually though we're using this time while waiting to make some nice tweaks, and we even fixed another bug we hadn't caught.

Thanks!

Well, we still have item 27 to finish. and We're going to look at the issue Eniced posted, though I'm not sure we will be able to fix it.

We've started working on tieing up some loose ends before the patch is released as well.

But yes, we're nearing the finish line.

Thanks!

eniced,

Do you happen to have a save file that shows this happening? I tried setting up a test case, but wasn't successful in getting the tracers to to pass through the buildings.

Thanks

I haven't played this game in over 2 years. With this new patch coming out I might fire it up again.

Come to think of it I still have a box version of PC: Operation Winter Storm I haven't played in at least 5 years. Great games though!

I've been unable to reproduce this myself...
