[NO REPRO] Stack trace issue

Post by ClaudeJ »

Here's the error message:

Please find the save attached.

To replicate, just let the save run for a few seconds. I have no clue why it's happening nor am quite sure what conditions trigger the issue. It only seems to happen when things becomes interesting in any scen. ^^

And here's my DxDiag if need be:

Just to be sure, you were able to reproduce in build 624? I just can't play a single scen without a CTD now and it would be kind annoying to still experience that issue after the patch because of a misunderstanding. ;)

Are all your CTDs displaying exactly the same error message?

Yes Sunburn-San, they are. And it's exactly when an AAM is about to hit. No matter what scen nor what DB.

Here's my very last CTD eg.:

Edit:
It should be tested further but it *seems* like Air to Ground dumb bombs are not affected.

It *seems* to be gone when I re-installed Command on a new SSD, all situations which ended in a CTD are now running flawlessly. So it could be a corrupt partition, or even (as they are installed along Command), a DX, Microsoft .NET issue.

Alas I can now fully enjoy Command again!
