loss of experience for equipment swapout, German side

Post by randallw »

When a specific type of equipment is replaced in a German unit, what's the typical loss of the experience rating? My experience playing the Soviets in the first year of the war is about 5-35 points. ( want to see how results compare )

You may experience higher exp losses if an understrength component is replaced by a nearly fullstrength alternative.

The replacing stuff I notice is whenever the Soviet TOE changes; this happens a bunch of times within the first 10 months of the war. Much of the swapping happens with a component near full strength.
