Hi All,

I aligned Rumania in 1939. This activity means that I did not get the Rumanian HQ for free.

I get to the production screen, and I don't see Rumania's forcepool. Isn't it supposed to be added to the German forcepool, and when units are randomly chosen, Rumainian units can be built?

I don't think I'm getting it. It's Nov/Dec 1940, and I haven't figured out how to build the Rumanian HQ.

Can someone tell me how to do it?

I figured it out. You have to accept the minor country forcepools in the production screen.
