Turn 7 VP: 61

GHC Permanent Loses for this Turn: 436
WA Permanent Loses for this Turn: 671
True combat ratio: 1.5 to 1
GHC total permanent loses to-date:2305
WA total permanent loses to-date: 3428
Massive air to air combat going on over Germany as can be seen by the up tick in loses, many of GHC loses are from downed Italian planes.
I see allot of naval air patrol going on under the boot so I pulled out all the German units of Sicily. I also Pulled back my level bombers and some fighters.

Turn 8 VP: 56

GHC Permanent Loses for this Turn: 298
WA Permanent Loses for this Turn: 633
True combat ratio: 2 to 1
GHC total permanent loses to-date:2602
WA total permanent loses to-date: 4062
WA’s invade Italy with 1 brigade and it surrenders, talk about an exploit. One unit lands on the Italian mainland and it surrenders, really?
In the air WA keep pounding Germany, but are taking heavy loses or what I think are heavy loses. So far Germany’s total number of fighter’s can handle these numbers. I am still moving AA units into Germany.
I am still getting use to the air to air system tring to get the best KIA ratio possible, playing around with things.

Pelton, or Goforlin, you were banned for a week, yes? Do you think it is appropriate to just create another username and continue to post? It is this attitude that creates the behavior that got you banned in the first place....

Turn 10 VP: 21

GHC Permanent Loses for this Turn: 532
WA Permanent Loses for this Turn: 691
True combat ratio: 1.3 to 1
GHC total permanent loses to-date: 3304
WA total permanent loses to-date: 5186
The air war is hot and heavy over Germany. Tring out some new tactics seem to be working so I am going to switch 100% over to it this turn and we will see what happens next turn.
In my other game vs Belphegor the air war is allot different.
GHC total permanent loses to-date: 2187 WA total permanent loses to-date: 1940
This is why I like to play several games at once so you get a true feel for the game. Am I good or bad or is the other guy good or bad? Who has more experience ect ect. So far on the carlkey58 is about 5 turns ahead of vs Belphegor.

Many screw ups this game on my part and Carlkey58 is doing everything right.

Turn 21

Carlkey58 has done a great job so far, bombing Germany and quickly taking Sicily, Corsica, Sardina and Southern Italy.
I have messed up 3 time garrisoning and always seem to be one step behind each of his moves.

I do have Gustov Line manned, LW in position in Northern Italy and a Panzer Corp in reserve to assault and invasions in Northern Italy.

Pelton - I have not done everything right - the next few turns will prove that. I have 'blitzed' to where I am but that is also what you have given me. This game was started with ver 1.00.03 and I was able to put the Italians out of the game quickly. Ver 1.00.08 will no longer allow that - against the AI I find the Italians will not surrender until late October or early November which is a BIG difference on Sardinia and Corsica. I am learning just as much as you are in this game. And having fun doing so!

For sure. We are having a good game.
I have learnt allot and am learning more from all 3 games.

WitW is clearly a much better product then WitE was at release.

Very happy I am playing you.

There are no Ports between Piombino and Civitavecchia, so, he will need to keep the Amhibious HQ units there if he wants to ship in freight and supplies...

Keep Piombino and Civitavecchia under your control, and you will be severely delaying the N. France Invasion, as it is near December in your game.

Yup. I heavly garrison forts in France and Italy. Then stock up on supplies, so if they get cut off I have 4 to 6 turns to breakthrough to them.

We are on turn 27 Troop ships lost: 221 Cargo: 388.

I am not sure yet if that's good or bad, but its something I really need to track better.

Just got 3 US divisions to surrender just like the historical results as below, starting to turn around the VP thing.
