will be available a tutorial?

Gary Grigsby’s War in the West 1943-45 is the most ambitious and detailed computer wargame on the Western Front of World War II ever made. Starting with the Summer 1943 invasions of Sicily and Italy and proceeding through the invasions of France and the drive into Germany, War in the West brings you all the Allied campaigns in Western Europe and the capability to re-fight the Western Front according to your plan.

Ok, i'm aware that this will be another monster game with so many things to learn, but there will be a tutorial to learn the basis of the game?

The game has a 32 page player's handbook that includes 10 one-page graphic guides. It should also have at least 3 video tutorials.

The one-page graphic guides are really good - I hope to be allowed to say that! I'm fan of this feature already :D
