Naval movement bug

I´m sending the saved game at the start of naval movement . The naval movement of submarines and other naval units from Port Said in Egypt to East Med. is one less than rules dictate.

It seems this bug only appears when in the port there are units from different major powers.

I think that is as designed see RAC P.46.

I think that is as designed see RAC P.46.
Warspite is right. The game is working properly here. There is a known bug: If you move the French out, the CW ships can move their full movement, when they should still be at -1 for the rest of the impulse. However, you, as the player, can just cut their movement down one. Bugs where MWiF lets you do things that aren't legal are much easier to get around than ones that prevent you from doing things that are. Just refrain from doing things that aren't legal according to RAW.
