Lockup playing as Allies in 1942 v3.00

Game locks up playing Allies in Jan 1942 during convoy movement.
Does not have this problem playing Axis.

Reloading saves from earlier and restarting/reinstalling - same result.

Found installing V3.1 clears up this problem.
