[FIXED B573] Command has stopped working

Hi. Just come back to Command after a break of a few months and found an upgrade (Build 570) which I installed. Now when I try to start the game I get, "Command has stopped working". I've manually installed dotNet and DX but it made no difference. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Please unplug your 2nd monitor from the laptop, reboot Windows and check if the issue is persisting.
