Generic barracks and camps

I can't find a generic "barrack" or "tent" in the editor when I place new facilities. Is it normal or did I miss something.

In the case it is normal how can create an encampment made of tents?

There are "barracks" and "tents" facilities in the database already. As for making a camp, just put a bunch of tents near each other.

oups sorry. I was choosing a country each time xD. Never choose a country if you want to create a camp for a country.
