[WAD] Bingo aircraft dont use missiles even in self defence

Ok, today 7 chinese SU-30 and J-10 decided to chase after my single vietnamese SU-30.
I followed them closely with another pair of SU-30s. After 200 nm chase on AB and spending all my long range missiles (got 2 enemies), 5 remaining enemy aircrafts reached bingo and RTB, turning on 180 degrees and going heads on my pair.

They were fully stocked with fire-and-forget PL-12 and PL-9, but didnt even try to shot..

It's because the mission they are assigned to only covers the area to the north. They chase out of there but once they drop that target they dont want to engage I think.

But, if in the editor you turn "engage targets of opportunity" doctrine to yes, they start shooting PL-12s
