SPM release date and F.A.Q.

Post by Nacho84 »

Hello everyone,

In case you missed it, the final release date of SPM has been announced! [:)]

We're uploading a new patch right now, which will be available in a couple of hours for download. Expect some new patches in the upcoming weeks featuring even more content, support for multiplayer and the single-player race to the Moon campaigns, whose development is moving along quite nicely!

We've also created an F.A.Q. page, feel free to list any other questions you might have under this thread.

Cheers,

Will people who already purchased the Early Access version still be getting updates between the end of EA sales and release?

Absolutely, yes. The whole purpose of the EAP is for you guys to give the game a go before it gets finally released, so you'll be receiving lots of updates between August 10th and October 31st.

Hello DerGrenadier,

Yes, if you buy the EAP you will get all the patches that we'll be releasing until the end of October and you'll get the release version as well. Notice that if you bought either the Gemini or Apollo tiers, the game's box containing the release version and a physical copy of the game manual will be shipped to you as well.

I think it's quite good bargain. Been enjoying the game so far. [8D]

Hi there,

I purchased the pre-release for SPM way back when. For various reasons I haven't played the game yet :) How do I make sure I get the "final" release?

Thanks!

Hello Jp,

The final version of the game will come with a full new installer, not a patch. We’ll issue download links to everyone on the early access program. They should delete the old version and install the new version. You'll be notified with the new download link once the installer becomes available at the end of this month.
