I installed BTS 1.4 last night but the Washington is still a Colorado.

I'll install 1.5 tonight and see if that fixes it.
It's not a game breaker as she has entered way earlier than historically and I have a pair of BCs that are as fast as cruisers.
For now the Washington is sitting in the Battle Line with the other 21 knot tubs in Pearl.

Been busy with work and a couple of very long days. Have another today. Will take a look and get these dealt with. Juan: I am sure that device issue is through the conversion over to DB. Should have time over the weekend to clean it up but want to jump on as much as I can today and tomorrow.

Sorry for the continious updates gang. Just trying to get things clean and taken care of.

No need to apologize John 3rd.

We are all enjoying the mod and knew there would be bugs to be worked out.

Washington is fixed from earlier. If you started the game earlier (prior to the correction) then it remains as is and you get a different North Carolina Class BB. Essentially you get a 'bonus' BB! Merry Christmas...

Work:
1. Checked BB Washington (as shown above).
2. Fixed classification of CM Tenryu Class. Also changed the upgrade and conversion dates. Seemed a bit early to me. These fixes apply to both Scenarios 045 and 055.

Moving to the TOE and Device issues...

Damn. What a mess.

I've finished getting RA fixed and done. Have now shifted to BTS. Just 'fixing' the missing data field and correcting a bit of other stuff that did not transfer well from original to Da Babes. No big deal or game breakers but it is tedious!

Rumor has it that it is 'date night' in this house tonight so...

My wife and I go out on "Date Night" at least once a week. Now more than ever because she works all week long and I work all week long. We don't see each other until 10pm at night and of course with the kids out of the house now its also easier to do anyway....GP

John,
Is it true that I can only deploy on map a few Chinese pilots as I get a message no more pilot slots - This is 1st turn 1 pbem 2 day turns RA7.2
I assume each nationality has a max number of pilots that they can have on map? Not had this problem before as only played Japs in scn 2?

Also a lot of China planes are stuck in the far north at the start is that WAD?

That has been the case in the official scenarios too. The Chinese were buying aircraft from the USSR before they switched to American supply and a lot of their aircraft would have arrived out in the back of beyond. The game lacks the base forces to move them down into the main part of China. That may have been a design error in the original scenarios.

Everything fixed and uploaded to the website. Kitakami caught an issue with the Chitose 2/42 upgrade--FIXED. Found some additional data field/ship class issues and got those handled.

You can download without issue. These can be added to existing games and should fix anything going FORWARD in your current campaigns.

Has anyone brought up the M10 wolverine? In tracker is shows a projection run from June 43 to December of 1944. If you look at the production run of this vehicle it should be from June of 1942 to December of 1944. The US TD units that arrive until June of 43 have no replacements for losses and if your fighting in India/Australia in a PBEM game it can be an issue.

I think it has been brought up else where as well. I don't have my reference materiel with me but Wiki also seems to verify this.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/M10_tank_destroyer

Or is there a reason for the delay in the arrival of the M10?

John,

Just getting into the new RA7.2.

I downloaded the cumulative art pack and overwrote my allied art files... ok
But I notice BC Strasbourg/ Dunkirk and BB Jean Bart as missing (before upgrade and after upgrade) . Is this something I have done wrong of is it a problem?

Those damned ships have proven to be elusive buggers. It is to my BELIEF that they are now in the French Ship Art File. Will---for about the 50th time--take a look...

Move engineers to the dot bases up there and build air bases. Then you will be able to move them south. In the mean time use them to train pilots. Also move Base forces up to those locations....GP
