Camera rotation speed

I wish the rotation with Q and E was faster, and had a separate speed slider. I want to keep my scrolling slower, but speed up the rotation. I can't find a happy medium with the current settings. If I speed it up so rotation is to my liking, than scrolling is way too fast.

Please add a separate speed slider for Q and E camera rotation.
