Component #256 = Crash

Component #256 = Crash

This does not work.

- increased maximum number of components from 170 to 300 (components.txt)

At component #256 = error

Anything above 255 components, my mod crashes even if I just copy and paste tech #1 and change the number to 256. (Not applying the #256 component in any line in the research.txt just to let you know)


Is this an integer error? Is this why it can't go pass 255?

I'm using Distant Worlds 1.9.5.8 Beta.

This has not been fixed with 1.9.5.10.

The cap was increased from 300 to 400 but did not fix the actual problem.

I cannot add another component above 256. So increasing the cap is kinda pointless at the moment.
