[ImportExport] German River Bridges

Only includes the Elbe river bridges at the moment. I will be working on the Weser river next.

Intsallation Instructions:
Unzip into your immportexport the folder. By default it will appear in the CenFront 1985.

Currently includes (September 1, 2014):
German Elbe River Bridges [v1.0]

Sorry everyone, forgot to upload the zip file. Fixed.

Also added an alternate download location courtesy of Baloogan.
