ProcGX error on driver

Post by boy3dfx »

Hi guys,

I get this error right after the initial install.

It happens always after I try to start a game, easiest way is when I try to get into one of the first 2 tutorials. Issue appears when the "galaxy" finishes loading and it starts to render the game screen.

I have a lowend machine given the specs of the game (Sony Vaio laptop, 2x1.5GHz Core2 Duo (T5250), 4GB RAM, WinXP SP3 32bit (exposing 3GB to userspace), Intel GMA965 Chipset, X3100 GPU).

I have had issues with the driver/GPU before (ex: Civ5), and a Intel GPU driver update is not in the cards.
I wanted to check with the forum and see if I can try anything to make the game run on this laptop.

Thank you
