I just saw the release paid for the boxed version and found no code for the $5.00 off, and did not get $5.00 off for purchasing it?

No idea, but I'm just guessing the price will go up $5 after the first week.

Hi CSS.
Sorry if it was not clear enough but the $5 off are already included in the current price tag.
So as elmo3 guessed, the price will be $39.99 after this week launch [:'(]

When does the discount period end - next Tuesday or sooner?

@acb3: actually that will be a long week launch because the discount will last until Friday September 5th (to match the launch week of the game on Steam). [:'(]
