Not me unfortunately :(, whoever it is, is going to have a hard time if the human alliance does declare war. The fact that both the humans and tairoshans are already at war probably makes that less likely.

Distant Worlds Collaborative ~ Year 24 ~ I Hate Humans 2

They called med The Enslaver and Warmonger the last time I ruled, but deep inside, I'm a really nice Keskudon.

May I ask why you have neglected to rebuild the mining stations in your capital system? Much of the strategic resources you have shortages are available.

And as along as your private economy is booming (as it is) a redesign of the mining stations to beef up defensive capability would not be a bad idea.

Hugely entertaining, many thanks for all the contributors' uploads. Antiscamp is my ideal Keskudon; a particularly frustrated leader should be honored with his name?

Larry and Das,not the guest player usually check and straighten out the empires supply and logistics needs in their active player turns.

Seems Larry had real life intrude on gaming this weekend,I know how that goes all too well!

Whoo hoo! I sat still long enough to get this done! [:D]

I did this year in one Episode, rather than two, since everyone has been waiting so long for it... Sorry about that. I really didn't realize it had been two weeks since Year 24. I'll try to stay on top of this better for next time.

I just started to watch the series, so i am not going to read this thread, but i would like to say thank you for doing it.
It is nice to watch, relaxed and not done by hyperventilating overexcited guys who seem to try to emulate a dota 2 cast.

There seem to be a lot of them on youtube. Or maybe i am just getting old.

Although the antics of the automation you have to deal with make a micromanaging control freak like me cringe a lot. [;)]

I just discovered the series a few days ago and watched the whole thing through already, because I was bound to bed due to an illness. Apart from the illness, I had a great time with it! The three-year cycle concept is a wonderful idea and works perfectly, and the different play styles really add up to it. Plus I think it is well balanced with one year per turn. It works best if one of the three triumvirat members steps out of the line and does fun, stupid or overly aggressive stuff and the others have to fix it. Thanks @Das123, @Starlab! I really would love to see more games with that kind of collaborative gameplay out there. It is a really thrilling concept.

@Antiscamp, your episodes are the best guest episodes yet. Hard to top it, thanks for your effort. The dry comments made me choke on my tea several times ^^

Just four suggestions for YouTubers, who I would love to see play the guest year in this. Apologies if someone mentioned those already. I am not allowed to post links yet, but anyways:

Scott Manley (Youtube: szyzyg) - Is there a spacegame the American Scotsman will not touch? Big Youtuber, gamer and astronomer for real. Maybe DWU is too much excel and number crunching for him, but it is worth a try.

Zemalf (Youtube: TheZemalf) - This fellow from Finland played XCOM Enemy Unknown on Hardcore without losing one single guy. I do not know if he likes the game, but his style fits DWU really well, I think.

Mathas (Youtube: MathasGames) - Loud, chaotic and much talkin' and missin' american fellow. Mostly known for his epic Project Zomboid LPs, but plays a broad variety of games incl. Rimworld. Bring Mathas in if you really want to stir up things :D

kurtjmac - Funny guy with a knack for hilarious errors. Although he prefers Minecraft, he is known for Kerbal Space Program and others.

Keep on this series!

Well it was a good continuation of antiscamp's "WAR" policy. The small carriers are earning their pay. Better check the design of those bombardment ships, not certain they have any other weapons, even point defense outfitted they will need escorts to make it to target. Come on Das and sort out the economy!don't forget the tech nexus that was aquired by your vassal neighbor.

Since the series is 2/3 done (I believe Das set the victory condition to kick in after 37 years or so), it's probably also time to just invade and take over all of the Tallosian, too :)

If there is time, the "mini carriers" can probably be made faster and replace the blasters with longer-ranged weapons.

Yeah! I recommend a war against the Tairoshans. They took that planet with the Nexus that also has a Keskudon population, I believe. It is time to go liberate our brothers and bring them home into the Empire. No point in not declaring outright war against the Raethals then, because the Tairoshans are the only ally of the Humans of any note.
