hello vs. artillery

My one hello with screen order was destroyed by indirect fire of artillery. Is this correct or not?

Helos that sit still in hover in a hex can get hit by arty falling in the hex. The chance is very low if they are moving thru a hex getting hit by arty. An ICM strike would be more dangerous too.
