Not had this happen before Vals attacked the same night as well - no hits.

Night Air attack on TF, near Umboi Island at 100,125

Weather in hex: Light cloud

Raid spotted at 34 NM, estimated altitude 9,000 feet.
Estimated time to target is 11 minutes

Mine like to do this too. Several times some Bettys flew against PTs outside of Perth.

I blamed it on low DL and high aggression.

It's rare that bombers will target craft deployed from pools but it does happen.

They will, however almost always go after very small craft represented as individual ship types such as HDMLs.

This is the Val attack moonlight is about 20% I think - it does not say.

Look at the top of the map screen toward the right hand side. It shows % moonlight.
