[1.9.5.5] Destroyed Base Cleanup

So, I just had a pirate game where I decided to try resort bases for the first time. They are flagged as smuggler, so I figured they would be pretty safe... except an empire colonized a system where one was at, discovered my base and destroyed it. However, the base is still listed as active in the ships/bases list and it is costing me a nasty 2K credits/month. I even went into galaxy editor and checked where I built it just to make sure it was actually destroyed and not disabled, and sure enough it was not there.

Edit: Resort base was destroyed by sabotage. Also got no notification that it even happened, it just spontaneously explodes.
