[FIXED v1.07] Group ROE not inheriting correctly

I have side ROE set to not RTB when winchester. I created an AAW patrol, with ROE untouched. Fighters launched, and I created a group. I noticed fighters RTBing when winchester, so checked the group ROE. It is set to inherit, but with instructions to RTB despite the fact that inheriting would mean instructions to not RTB.

EDIT: I noticed that while the default for AAW patrols is RTB YES (not inherit), I was seeing RTB inherit YES in the side pane drop-down group ROE list. Maybe I'm misinterpreting something here? Or is it an error in the reporting to that side panel?
