[B5xx] Counting number in map databox

Post by mats0916@rogers.com »

Hi dev team!

When I select the Map Cursor Databox to display in the bottom I see a counting number to the right in the box. See attached image. This number is not visible if I select the box to be displayed on cursor.

Hi again,

It would also be a nice feature to have the databox be visible with a delay if displayed on cursor. Let's say I keep the cursor still for 1 or 2 secs it then becomes visible until I move the cursor again. I feel it gets distracting and obscuring the map when always visible at the cursor.

Just a thought...
Cheers,
Mats

Same comments from me ....  any idea what the running number represents when the box is at the bottom?  It goes like mad even if the game is not running.

I'd guess it some hash function, checksum or CRC.

Hehe

My guess would be the RNG in action... But if there is indeed a contest I am sure it must have been mentioned already.[:D]
